The cafe in “mineiro” (person who born in Minas Gerais) style has several delicacies from the tables of Minas Gerais families, besides that we have the egg and tapioca station, to prepare on time, in the way you like it. For those who can not get off the diet - if they can - we have a healthy station. And the coffee could not be missing, there are 5 types, so you really have doubts about which to choose and, if the doubt remains, we suggest to try everything.
PICASSO "JUSCELINO KUBITSCHEK"

Juscelino Kubitschek was known for liking simple foods. When he returned to Diamantina, his homeland, the locals prepared real banquets to offer him. Thinking about the real reception of the miner, the Diamantina Restaurant has in its menu a selection of favorite dishes of the president, among them, Picadinho JK. A delicious mixture of minced steak with onions and tomatoes to the red wine, served with "porché" egg, farofa, rice and fried banana.
DIAMANTINE RESTAURANT

Decorated in a warm Minas Gerais style, the Diamantina Restaurant, whose name is an allusion to JK's hometown, was created to cater to the guests of the hotel and other lovers of good gastronomy. On the menu, international cuisine dishes and a selection of the former president's favorites. The dessert, the Kubitschek pudding, traditional recipe of the family of JK is one of the main gastronomic attractions of the restaurant.
